Resisting the Devil

We need a paradigm shift when it comes to opposing the kingdom of darkness. Most Christians cower in fear of the devil’s power upon the earth, yet the Word of God says, “Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” The Amplified Bible says, “stand firm against him.” James 4:7

Our resistance against the kingdom of darkness has many battle fields. One of the greatest schemes of satan is systemic poverty that has bound mankind for generations. The elimination of poverty is central to the gospel of redemption. When the gospel is preached in nations you see that the byproduct is material transformation.

There is no better example of this redemptive work than the ministry of Latin America Child Care. You find LACC schools located in the poorest of communities and barrios resurrecting children out of the deceptive grip of Satan’s poverty scheme. Now, children that have been raised in the ministry of LACC are young professionals returning to their communities empowered and anointed with the liberating gospel that has freed them personally.

We resist the devil’s work when we promote the “Good News to the poor” message. Luke 4:18
